Maths tutoring - My work

To give the subject some solid context, I think it would work to begin a topic by first reviewing its benefit. Then I would go through some easy cases. I should stress that there are no dumb questions, anything to assist a student's understanding is vital. After I've gone through a couple of examples, I would like to have the student gone through their personal example, speaking with me as if they were the tutor and I was the student.

Many researches have shown that attempting to explain an idea you have actually a while ago found out aids greatly in retention and comprehension. If I'm satisfied with their training, I wish to examine their critical thinking by giving them an issue based on whatever found out in the lesson, however with refined adjustments that need the student to actively involve with the work, as opposed to be on "autopilot".

Homework will be established on the material discussed (nothing extra extreme), and also even more lessons will certainly be spent responding to exam-styled questions before going on to the next topic.

Throughout lessons I would love to motivate a rather informal, friendly environment. I have fun mentor, and also I wish students have fun in my training sessions, and an unwinded mind is better at learning.
